AI architecture is the part most businesses skip. The $4,500 to $6,500 AI roadmap sprint goes further over two to three weeks: target architecture and data flow, tool, model and vendor selection, a privacy and governance plan written against the Australian Privacy Act, and a 90-day build plan with a fixed quote on every piece. If all you need is a decision, the $385 AI strategy session is two hours on build versus buy.

Delivery is deliberately short. The audit runs on interviews with the people who do the work, a look at the live systems (Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and whatever else is in the stack), and a walkthrough call on the written report. The roadmap sprint adds architecture workshops and a written governance position you can hand to a board, an insurer, or a client who asks how you handle their data. You work with the architect directly, with no account layer between you and the person doing the thinking.

This suits owner-led and ops-led Australian businesses of roughly 5 to 200 staff who can see that AI should be doing something here but cannot yet say what, in what order, or for how much. It also suits anyone who has been pitched an AI build and wants an independent read on whether the scope is real.
