Crowded events and regional dead zones can separate groups when mobile service fails, while safety messages still need a private and dependable route through nearby phones.
Approach
- An offline-first Bluetooth mesh relays encrypted messages between nearby iPhones without mobile reception.
- Event discovery, nearby friends and push-to-talk voice keep the core event tasks inside one app.
- A dark interface with purple accents gives priority SOS broadcasts a clear visual hierarchy.
